Mardi Gras

I have always wanted to go to Marti Gras, but have just never had the chance. My fucktard brother has been to it every year it seems, since he went off to college. That is so not fair. I know I am not that far away from New Orleans, but every year at this time, I am stuck with a precious engagement. Mardi Gras is the twenty first of February this year and I am praying that no one needs me for anything. I have the hardest time telling people no when they ask for help or something.
I might just go down for one night at least and have a little fun. I really should book something for next year and then if anyone needs me I can tell them its already paid for and I have to go or loose the money. That would make things easier and I would be telling the truth. I hate to lie, so it works out for me. There is a little shop called Erzulies Authentic Voodoo shop. I bought a necklace online from them a few years ago and I want to visit the shop itself. I hope everyone has a great day.
Bachelorette party

My friend Barbara is getting married. It’s time for a bachelorette party extravaganza. This is going to be fucking great. The group of ladies who will be present are almost all my friends and I have known them forever. Only one or two are going to be there that I don’t know. That’s a good thing when people are going to be drinking a lot. So ideas for the party are; the obligatory male stripper, a gambling junket, weekend trip somewhere interesting like the Jack Daniels plant.
I think a gambling river boat trip for the weekend would be awesome. We could make sure there is a male stripper for the trip or obtainable on the trip and then party it up. I know whatever we do is going to be fucking amazing and Deborah is going flash her tits to everyone. She always does when she gets drunk. That is part of her charm though, even if it has gotten us thrown out of more bars then I can count. I think I will make sure about the stripper because I want to know ahead of time and also want them to send me picks of guys to choose from. I don’t want some skinny dude that is not appealing.

You are not going to believe this shit. The dog pissed on the new laptop and now I have to go back and buy another one. I can’t be without it and the damned thing cost more then the dog. I know you want to know how the dog managed to piss on the laptop to begin with, so I will tell you simply that it fell or was knocked off the coffee table. Other then that I don’t care except that I have to wait for it to dry out before anyone will touch it to remove my data.
Back to best buy I go and they already told me that the warranty does not cover it so don’t bother. I wonder if I should shop some more and find a store with better warranties? Do you think there is a store that covers dog messes? I sincerely doubt it and I am not sure I want to take that much time to find out. I was very happy with the new Toshiba Sattelite laptop. It is by far the best one I have ever owned. It has a great graphics card so I can play MMORPG games online. Those are my secret addiction, but don’t tell anyone.
Best fucking food ever !

If you have never tried Thai food then you have to try the Thai Phooket Restaurant. They have the best fucking Thai food ever. I love hot and spicy food and Thai curry is about as hot as you will ever get. Their menu is awesome and the place has a great atmosphere. I recommend the Red Curry if you like it hot, as this was an amazing dish. The sticky rice with custard was really good as well. It made a lovely finish after the spicy main course.
We had lunch there yesterday when we decided to do a girls shopping spree. Of course Thai food is not for everyone as my friend Carol found out. The poor thing got so sick afterwards.
Well anyway, I loved the new restaurant and so the the rest of the girls. Our shopping spree was a success as well since we hit a few sales in some big department stores. We are going to make the new restaurant a gathering place for our regular girly get together’s. Of course, we can only do that when poor Carol is unable to attend. So if you like it hot I will see you there as I plan to become a regular.
Free Preview Weekend of Showtime Channel

My cable package has all the HBO channels and a bunch of other channels. But I would have had to pay extra for the Showtime channel, and at the time I thought, “Who cares? The Showtime channel isn’t all that great is it? I probably won’t even miss it.” So I skipped that.
So then I find out that this weekend is a free preview of the Showtime channel shows. So I’m planned on watching a few movies and shows on Showtime and see if they’ve got anything that I’m really missing. There’s a couple of movies on there that I like.
Of course, I could get those at Redbox for just a buck each. But it looks like Showtime has some series that are exclusive to Showtime and they look pretty good.
Since we have the free preview all weekend, I’ll probably watch the “Shameless” series premiere on Sunday night. It looks really funny. Hey, if I like it I might go ahead and order Showtime – if it doesn’t cost too much extra.
